We provide safe, comfortable, clean, substance-abuse free homes for adults in all demographics who may be in need of housing. Whether the arrangement is transitional or permanent, we want to offer a transition out of hardship. Our mission is to provide safe and affordable housing for the most vulnerable and/or impacted communities in the Delaware area. We accept persons with SSI/SSDI or other third party pays, as well as private pay on a case by case basis.

Easy To Qualify
-NO CREDIT CHECK
-Must Be Clean & Sober (at least 6 months)
-MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF INCOME (Medicaid/Medicare or other third party pays, as well as private pay accepted)
*NOTE: Each home may cater to a particular demographic. For example, one of our homes may be specifically for veterans. We may also have homes available that are gender or age specific such as a co-living home for seniors, or women.

Rent and Fees
Rental amount is based on the neighborhood and costs associated with maintaining the property. Depending on the home, rent amount may be slightly more or slightly less per bed or room. We will do our best to make it work for your client.
HOUSE CLEANING
Our Affordable Living homes are independent co-living environments. Every person must contribute to daily cleaning chores. We provide deep cleaning services once a month. The House Manager typically lives in the home or on the property as a tenant and oversees the cleaning, and overall harmony in the household.
